Shipping policy
Free US shipping utilizes Standard US shipping. Express and Expedited shipping is an extra charge calculated at checkout if available. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are not guarantees and are only estimates.
Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand. When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Please allow 2-10 business days for fulfillment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship from different locations within the U.S. and around the world including Australia, Canada, and Europe. The origin of your shipment will depend on where your purchase is being delivered. You can expect your package to arrive within 7-14 business days.
Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. If you don't get everything all at once don't worry! Feel free to e-mail us if you have questions about an item that is still on the way.
FedEx Express 2-day shipping is 2 business days (weekends may extend delivery dates) and begins the day after the order is dropped off to FedEx.
We work with shipping carriers who have seen industry-wide disruptions because of current geopolitical events which may cause unforeseen delays. Additionally, sometimes packages are not scanned along the way so it can appear to be lost until it shows up at your door. If your package is marked as undeliverable by your local shipping carrier, please contact them directly. Please note that Code Blue Memes only has access to the same tracking information that you do. Refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays or for orders marked "undeliverable", "no access", "absent", "refused", or "delivery attempt was unsuccessful" by the shipping carrier.
If you haven't received your order after it says it was delivered:
Please recheck the shipping address you entered at checkout. Is it correct? If yes, 99% of the time, your package will arrive 7-14 business days after being shipped. If you haven't received it after it says it was delivered, please check with your local shipping carrier, others living in your home, and your neighbors. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier:

Refunds are not issued for orders marked delivered.
International Buyers:
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and taxes will vary based on location, size, and weight of your purchase and whether you choose an expedited shipping method. These are set by our shipping distributor and we do not control the pricing. Import duties, taxes (GST), and charges may not be included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
