WHERE IS MY ORDER, I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING IT SHIPPED BUT THE TRACKING ISN'T UPDATING…

Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand. When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. Please allow 2-10 business days for fulfillment.

Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. We ship from different locations within the U.S. and around the world including Australia, Canada, and Europe. The origin of your shipment will depend on where your purchase is being delivered.

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages. For instance, if you order a coffee mug and a sticker, they may come to you in different deliveries. If you don't get everything all at once don't worry! Feel free to e-mail us if you have questions about an item that is still on the way. 

We work with shipping carriers who have seen industry-wide disruptions because of the impacts of Covid-19. Additionally, sometimes packages are not scanned along the way so it can appear to be lost until it shows up at your door.

Please e-mail us with your order number and we will do our best to figure out where your stuff went! Please note that we can only see the same tracking information that you can. Code Blue Memes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays.

 

MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT...

Please recheck the shipping address you entered at checkout. Is it correct? If yes, 99% of the time, your package will arrive 7-14 business days after being shipped. If you haven't received it after it says it was delivered, please check with your local shipping carrier, others living in your home, and your neighbors. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier:

I ONLY RECEIVED SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE REST?

I ENTERED A WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT AND NEED IT UPDATED:

Please send us an e-mail with your order number STAT and we will update it for you, as long as we catch it before it ships you're good.

 

I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE OR COLOR ITEM AND NEED IT UPDATED:

Please send us an e-mail with your order number STAT and we will update it for you, as long as we catch it before it's printed we can change it for you.

 

DO YOU OFFER LARGE VOLUME ORDERS OR WHOLESALE?

DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM DESIGNS?

We can most likely do this but only for larger volume orders, and only if you’re not a CVICU nurse ;) Please e-mail us for the deets.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping costs and taxes will vary based on location, size, and weight of your purchase and whether you choose an expedited shipping method. These are set by our shipping distributor and we do not control the pricing. Import duties, taxes (GST), and charges may not be included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
